This song is in relation to Window Shopper, but from the rapist's perspective. Basically him convincing himself that he's not in the wrong, and it's just as much Window Shopper's fault as him. |

This song is about having feeling for someone who doesn't feel the same way, but I can't help but feel it has something to do with another song on the album, Curb, which is about Chad's friend killing his girlfriend on accident. Where? (in relation to where is she) [she's at] Curb. |

@[binkie:53445] Basically this song is about loosing his girlfriend in a car crash. This song and Where are directly correlated, as Where? --> Curb. This is the car being crashed, and Where? is him waiting for her, only to find out she's dead. |

This song is about a manipulative relationship and how he feels trapped inside it. "I bounce off these four walls" symbolize how he feels trapped. "You laugh, you leave, and you leave me here alone" I feel like this repeated line kind of implies that he doesn't have anyone else in his life. The chorus also reflects how he feels that he might not be in the best position, but not being able to leave it.

| Nickelback – I Don't Have Lyrics

This is about a guy in a manipulative relationship, who gives up his wants to appease his beloved. "I don't have the space to breathe" and the continuous I don't haves throughout the song symbolize him giving something up to appease his/her needs. This also has a double meaning, as him venting out what he doesn't have and hopes for help. This one's mine, shows that he doesn't want to leave him/her and still be in a relationship with her. Not this time I won't deny shows how he's scared to disagree with her. This is also a perfect ending to the album, since it kind of summarizes the theme of it. Every song on this album represents something they don't have, and this song sums it. |

@[Isaiah8:53444] I totally agree, except the victim is mute. the title, Window Shopper, does refer to the bystanders, but moresover the fact that he can't escape from what the man is doing to him, because he simply can't tell anyone. 'They're all laughing with encouraging cheers' probably refers to the rapist's family being happy for the relationship he is in. "Why don't you see me/Why won't you free me/I can't believe that You don't believe me" also relates to him being mute---Why don't you see me--referring to his unfavorable state he's in--they don't know because he cant tell them. Why won't you free me--Supports my claim about them being in a relationship, he won't free the victim because he enjoys having a lover.---I can't believe that you don't believe me---He tries to tell other people, they either don't believe him because he literally can't tell them anything, or they just don't believe that the rapist would do that. |

Between the love story/God theories, I think that the god one has a lot more reason behind it, because of the line "I'm on the ledge of the eighteenth story" why would he be calling to her? she cant save him---no, he's calling to God. "Say it if it's worth saving me" Basically means he's asking for God to reply to him, if it's worth saving him from hell. |

@[xtrole:53443] I agree, but I think the doctor who did the abortion feels some kind of attachment to the woman or feels like he has to help her somehow. Hence "I swore not to come but I'm here after all" This also explains the "I feel sorry for you/I'm here for you"---"This is because of you" switches throughout the song, she got the abortion but the doctor feels obliged to help her. |
