I resonate deeply with this song. I believe it is about feeling trapped in your head. It mentions "But you can't out all the feelings inside" So the subject of the song is so trapped in their mind they can't let it out."I'm trapped in my mind Look up, look left, look right Gone No one around, I've been callin' to God in the time of voice Wasn't taken by choice So I keep making noise hopin' they hear me but they just fear me" This shows how the subject WANTS to get out but really can't.
