I think the song is about the rage you feel at injustice in the world that you yourself may not personally experience and have no way to prevent. The razor weeds ONLY reach the narrators knees as to indicate there are worse positions to be in. "There is no choice we make the point to counteract a threatening hand." reflects the narrators desire to rid his world of the people threatening him, but he cannot do this and can only work to counteract them. |
