For me this has helped dealing with my wife’s terminal cancer. It resonates The harlequin is her spirit. And I can sense her spirit. It’s me trying to grab hold of it in the first verse. The second verse is me staring out the hospital window as I think she is dying. Hoping she’ll wake and say hello. The last verse is me meeting her after I have died.
