I don't think this is exactly what the song is about (however, I'm not convinced it's about a stalker), but it's extremely relatable. I'm a teenager and me and a girl who happens to actually be named Lily love each other, however, due to personal circumstances we cannot date until were a few years older (she's a bit youngee than me). The officer in the song low-key reminds me of our friends saying it'll never work out, pulling us away from each other. |

Beautiful song! I love to play Slash's solos on guitar. It's really fun when my sister plays the piano part while I play guitar at the same time.
Now don't get me wrong, I certainly love the Apetite For Destruction album, but I think it's overrated. I much prefer the more emotional songs from the Use Your Illusion albums. |

Guys, this song is easily in my top 5 songs of all time! I'm only 15, I love classic rock, and I think modern music (yes, even modern rock) absolutely sucks. I love how this song has such a deep, sad meaning, yet it turns around into a happy sounding ballad. GNR is my favorite band for sure. I just wish my generation knew good music when they hear it. |
