Then you look up the history of the woman who wrote this who had a long history of violently abusing her daughter and was in a series of abusive relationships. |

Its a song about domestic abuse, particilarly the part where the abuser is begging for their victim to comeback. As someone whose friend have been through that particular hell ride you learn to pick up on the language they use. Then you read up on the history of the woman who wrote this and see that she had a long history of violently abusing her daughter and being in a series of abusive relationships it clcompletely makes sense. The saying they get jealous and angry, it's not their fault, they love that person, they regret it, no one can be an angel etc etc. |
