This is through the mind of me, a high school student. The lyrics relate to school a lot for me. THIS PROBABLY ISNT THE CASE, but I'm gonna write down what I think anyways cuz screw it. The whole "I don't wanna be here, I don't wanna be here" I find that to be someone panicking in their mind "I don't wanna be in this class/at school" it could work for a different place of setting as well. "Can you die of anxiousness" That could mean someone is super super anxious about a test that's later in the week that they know won't do good on. Or if they have loads of homework. "Can't change what you've done, Start fresh next semester" I find that as the first semester just ended and the grades came out and its grades that they know their parents wouldn't accept. The damage is already done and you can't change what you've done, you just have to start fresh next semester. AGAIN, THIS PROBABLY ISNT THE CASE, THIS IS JUST WHAT I THINK OF IT AS SOMEONE WHO IS STILL IN SCHOOL. |
