@[selfwilledfate:51609] I agree there needs to be reciprocity for things to work out. The simplicity of the approach speaks to what one person can control, tho'. Be selfless: make them happy. It appeals to our heart that selfless love can win them by simply placing them first. Our cynical world wants us to "get ours". This song says "give them theirs" and you will be happy as well. Our broken world means this will not always be true, but it CAN be true. |
