I tend to imagine this as a fairytale and its meaning is about toxic relationships. this story writed would talk about a girl who is abnormal, and her mother, a witch, teaches her magic but this girl as she grows finds out that no one would love her, so she decided to join the sisterhood in attempt to accept she would never be loved. As years passes, she finds more and more difficult not being loved the same way normal women are loved, so she decided to sell her soul she uses magic "if she can't find a lover she'll fashion one" to cast a mythical creature to shape it in a lover, maybe an incubus, maybe another dark being. she let her desires go and unlike becoming her new lover into a man, she turn it into a mythical creature with manlike shape so she could realese her strange desires, born in dark fantasies. but she didn't realize that this creature, shaped the way she wanted, would kill her slowly. she felt her energy drained until this thing burned and kill here after sucking her life energy and she died. this fairytale could be traduced in how someone is so desesperate for love and being loved, that this person would do anything to have a lover, but when they recognize their lover is not what they imaginated, they start to abuse them to mold them into their fantasy, and this lover, traped in a toxic relationship, starts to abuse of the singer until the singer is death in life, trapped in a bad situation they were put in by themself. |
