30 Seconds to Mars – This Is War Lyrics 1 month ago
I see this song as a song calling for peace. It's doing this through criticism of war itself and how it affects everyone and how chaotic and destructive it is. The song itself feels very frantic and aggressive. With the "to the right, to the left" line especially, there's this feeling of chaos.

Obviously, then there's the bridge and how it's speaking about how the war is won and how we can reach "toward the sun" or, as I interpret it, toward a bright new future, alluded to the by the "Brave New World". And while the argument could be made that the Brave New World is in reference to the dystopian novel and how we're there already and must fight back. It comes at the end when the war is done.

My final bit of evidence is the music video on YouTube. 30 Seconds to Mars starts it with "This a song about peace." And I have no idea where the final chunk of lyrics came from, they're not in the song. I know this because I had the song on loop while writing this.

Breaking Benjamin – Had Enough Lyrics 1 year ago
@[sevenrowsback:50679] I agree. I also think the bridge that is just Ben saying to hold him down is him saying that a part of him wants to go further than just fight the lawsuit and that either someone else or he himself has to stop himself from doing that.

Breaking Benjamin – Hollow Lyrics 1 year ago
I feel like this whole album is referring to Ben's addiction whenever it mentions love. Hollow specifically is Ben's addiction leaving him "hollow" and tearing his life apart.
