I saw it years ago on the BBC in an interview he did. I guess maybe he was alluding to the love that is experienced between a man and a woman when making love. I know I am responding 5 years later, but I have been having a Neil Diamond marathon today and decided to come on here and see what others thought the song meant. Your response was so right on. |
