It is definitely from the Book Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk. It is actually one of my favorite quotes that I am kind of upset didn't make it into the movie. The song doesn't seem to really allude to the book or movie too much. There are a few similiarities but I think comparing it is trying to put meaning in the words that aren't supposed to be there. |
