I think he's getting drained of emotion cleanliness and goes back into the corrupt thinking mode / the corruptive world.
this is because love represents this clean managed system of interactions, managed by loving without conditions with the addition of romantic attraction, and physical incesticide - physical material sex. "I don't care what you think unless it is about me" is sort of categorizing the person infront of you as a neutral object, like just the stranger from the street girl/guy who is neutral to me, hence i dont care about him . I for sure won't feel empathy or sympathy for him. thats the means for treating strangers.
now about the "chew your meat" - i thought meat means a penis.... so that way it doesn't rly settle with my approach but if its about him going down on her, its very much in order and matching my version of the meaning of this song. she used him for her statement "I like you" and what it meant for him - which was the key for keeping exploiting him sexually and the psychological high you get from someone showing himself to be in love eith you. he will bitch himself for you.
thats why the girls that usually have been chased by men and are definitely attractive to the eye, poignantly are less likely to be given trust by men who are enough conscious to see this. though we all have done this to someone at least 1 for us to notice that this pattern of exploiting others is maybe the most toxic thing can be done in human relationships.
