I played this song a couple of times unexpectedly one evening, listening to it really intently. I was vaguely aware of the song before but the real beauty, heartache and disconnectedness hit me that evening... and feeling lost was how I was feeling. The next morning I was told my GF had took her own life the evening before. A few hours after I'd listened to thing very song. I was in the SW of the UK at the time and she was in London. I will never forget that synchronicity. It is as if I knew what was coming somehow. That was back in May 2018. RIP Emma. |
