| @[mclaup:49115] Well, to start off, you're in the wrong city. This song was about Jimmy growing up in Mobile, AL. He stated he used to go to the library often because it was cool in there and there was also a cute girl that worked there. Nonetheless, in Mobile there is a public library on Government St. However, Bay Ave. does not intersect Government. I assume Jimmy went for the rhyme. I did find it interesting that the library is also three blocks south of Sir Francis Street, who is mentioned in the song. | |
