Simply Put, and I saw a short segment in a documentary about drug addiction that verified that it's about the vocalists addiction to Crystal Meth and how he just stays "Stuck", as tweakers put it, & "on a shelf" has a double meaning of being "on a shelf", and the proverbial shelf where he keeps his metaphorial contraband. |
