When I read it, I hear it in an American voice. But Harriet Wheeler is from England, specifically Bristol. When I read something written by a Brit, I can usually tell immediately and my inner voice starts hearing it with a British accent. But your writing style is 100% American. Not a single bit of British slang or syntax in it. A for effort though. Good try. | |
