@[Jecausta:48543] nope it’s about heroine, your theory is close just replace the girl you imagined with drug addiction and your good easy to understand why people think this due to the music video which obviously was filmed to sell records and not promote drugs and the way it’s been used if popular culture. It’s another ‘Everything I own’ by Bread a much loved ballad about what a man will sacrifice to see the love of his life again, considered one of the greatest love songs of all time. But… it’s not a love song it’s actually about how much the artist loved his Father who had passed away and what he would do to see him again. |
