Pink Floyd – Astronomy Domine Lyrics 2 years ago
It's not difficult to figure out. In fact, it's easy peasy, pudding pie kissed the girls and made them cry. When the teacher asked him why, he said "mind your own damned business, teach! I'll kiss who I want! If they cry, they cry!"
That's it. That's what the song is about.
No wait! I was joking. Don't leave. I'll be serious this time. What? No, I will! Really!
So, this song isn't hard to figure out. In fact, it's easy peasy pudding pie...COME ON! I'm kidding.
Here's the real deal. This song is pretty easy to interpret. Lime and limpid green (Joy, clarity) is the second scene that's fighting with the blue (depression) he once knew (was dealing with)
He was profoundly depressed, then discovered LSD and it made his life joyous and clear minded. In my opinion the rest of the song is just a retelling, or explanation of his first trip on acid, not much more.

Elton John – Flinstone Boy Lyrics 2 years ago
You're kidding me. No comments. Nobody knows what this song is about? Awww come on folks, its easy peasy puddin' pie, kissed the girls and made 'em cry. When the teacher asked him why. He said "Because I felt like it, piss off!"
It's obvious who the Flintstone Boy is. Think about it (if you're Canadian, think aboot it). Who was Fred Flintstone's boy? Barney Rubble! The Flintstone boy is Barney Rubble. What happened is this: Elton wanted to write a song called, "Don't Worry About Barney Rubble, He's Good", but Mr. Rubble declined to allow his name to be published without adequate compensation. Elton John, being the generous soul he is, offered to pay Rubble 10% of his share of the record sales, which would have been much more than expected. Rubble took it to his attorney. The lawyer, extremely upset that Elton wanted to pay Rubble with useless rectanglular pieces of paper instead of stone currency, like igneous pebbles, advised Rubble to decline. Dismayed, Elton approached Fred Flintstone and made an offer of an enormous rack of ribs. Flintstone, hungry af, accepted. Elton payed the fee, but Mr. Flintstone never got to eat it because the rack of ribs tipped over his car, it rolled over and crushed Flintstone, his family, and their beloved dogosaur, Dino, to death. Sad story indeed! Soon after Elton John released his biggest hit up to that time, Funeral For a Flintstone. The song hit #1 on Rolling Boulder magazine's hot 100 slate until the end of the cretateous period.
