@[4everdoomed:48303] Thank you for your very insightful view. Without meaning to make light of it in any way, I feel that fitting in is overrated. We were all created to be unique for a reason. I think life would be quite boring if we were all the same or were to try and fit others expectations of us (aside from the laws and so forth, of course). It surely would not bring happiness to do so as it goes against our very being. We are meant to shine our light in whatever capacity is afforded to us. That light may not always be bright, but it is always there to be found or reflected back to us. Sometimes it may take a while, or a change in location and/or situation to find it, but it can be. One need just to hang on to hope. Perhaps, this could have been said without words (i.e., not at all), but, for some reason, I felt compelled to do so. I hope you don't mind. I don't mean to surmise that your view has to do with you personally, but if it does (and if not), I wish you a very bright future, indeed. :) |
