The first time I heard this song it struck a chord so distinct that I could never forget it. The happy Holiday lyrics sung in the most somber of tones. The proverbial clown of tears. I always pictured a patient in a mental institution struggling with what was real and what was imagined. IMHO the Bee Gees never topped this song. |
