More specifically, impersonated by the Fallen Angel from cover of their 2nd album, Sad Wings of Destiny - "a place where we began... remember how we chased the sun, then reaching for the stars at night, as our lives had just begun" - they were seeking a breakthrough in those days. He hopes that they "can find our way somehow, escaping from the world we're in" - the world where neither he, nor they are as successful as they were together. So he's "waiting here with open arms... angel we'll meet once more I'll pray, when all my sins are washed away" - sins like being sort of unfaithful to the band - and then they "can rise again", just like the angel from AoR cover is rising. |
