So heres the truth. "High Protien Glow" was a term Purina used to sell dog food. The phrase in the commercial was "Give your dog that high pro-glow" They claimed the protien in the food would give your dogs coat a shine so pretty it would glow. Watch the video you will see the vintage products commercials about different things. The song is not about junk food Scott Ian likes to send people on wild goose chases and he wants people to draw a conclusion of what it means to them. That being said Hy Pro Glo is about selfish narcissism "You love to look at you" its making fun of people that are self absorbed. "You got that look I wanna know you got that look the Hy Pro Glo". John Bush is a lyrical genious... The begining of the song gives it away.
