@[Theory_of_One:53646] @[mary102111:53647] I know the likelihood that you'll see this is near zero but I still felt like leaving a comment. Even if you personally might not be who they're talking about in these songs, they do exist. I think if you looked around the United States today you'd be very disappointed at where many of your fellow Christians ended up (even if you aren't American this still applies). Personally, I view religion as a way to cope with things larger than yourself such as death or a method of control. I find this album very relatable as these are unfortunately the types of Christians I see most. I hold nothing against you for having these beliefs but I only ask that you look around and see what many religious individuals are pushing for today. Even if you think they aren't "real Christians" they're still using your doctrine. |
