Firstly I am not a native English speaker, I might misunderstand, misinterpret or overlook details or facts. What I feel they are trying to tell us: As large parts of these lyrics merely describe the sick and malevolent action executed by Dr. Mengele (may his soul eternally BURN). It is understandable that certain persons jump to fast, concluding Slayer are Nazi's. Some examples where Slayer's Jeff Hanneman (May his soul rest in peace!) are condemning and portraying him as a Hostile figure: "Infamous butcher" (a person with a notorious reputation for engaging in violent or horrifying actions, making them widely recognized for their cruel deeds. ) "Sadistic, surgeon of demise" (depicts a sinister and malicious medical practitioner who takes pleasure in causing harm, suffering, and death. ) "sadist of the noblest blood" ( depicts an individual who has a cruel and Malicious disposition despite their privileged / educated background. This combination creates a contrast between their elevated social standing and their malicious nature") "destroying without mercy" (conveys a forceful and unrelenting act of causing destruction or devastation without any consideration for the consequences or the well-being of others) "inferior, no use to mankind" (a negative and dismissive view of a person, indicating that he is considered worthless and do not contribute to humanity. This phrase can be used to criticize or belittle something or someone, emphasizing their perceived inadequacy or uselessness.) "sickening ways to achieve the Holocaust" indicates that the methods being used are not only morally wrong but are also causing emotional or moral discomfort. The phrase suggests a strong ethical judgment against the actions being taken, expressing that the ends do not justify the means and that the methods are inexcusable.) "Feeding on the screams of the mutants he's creating" is painting a picture of a Malignant person that not only causes suffering but also revels in the anguish of its victims. The phrase may be used in the context of horror, dark fantasy, or as a metaphor for a situation where a powerful and cruel entity exploits the vulnerability of others for their own gain or enjoyment.) (the term "rancid" can also be used metaphorically to describe anything that has become disagreeable, offensive, or morally corrupt over time.
