| Hi so I’m from phoenix like this band and I’ve actually heard at least one of the members or multiple were heroin addicts. If that’s true, I think this song is about someone wanting to stay clean for himself and his lover (Hailey) but he can’t cause of withdrawal and witch makes sense cause he says hes sick and still quite unwell so basically Hailey catches him in the aftermath of relapse and they are stuck in this cycle of him not being able to do it even for the love of his life. | |
