Chester said this song was about losing a friend, I find it eery to even think that this came out so soon before Chester died. the music video is the most emotional music video I know. it was a beautiful idea of the band to dedicate the music video to Chesters life, and this song always reminds me of him.

to me i really like the line "and you never knew how much i really liked you, because i never even told you, oh and i meant to" i think this lines about keeping your feelings for someone locked away until its too late, and then all you can do is reminisce on those memories, wondering if its too late or not whilst still wanting to move on, but being unable to. its having sour memories about good times which you'll never get back.

i heard this song first on spotify whilst i was in London a few weeks back and ive been obsessed with it since, by far my favourite cKy song. i love the lines at the end that sort of flow into eachother, i cant fully work out a proper meaning but i still find it reassuring.
