Creedence Clearwater Revival – Fortunate Son Lyrics 2 years ago
@[Boo:47916] Urns Kennedy never sent a combat troop. He only sent advisors, a month before he was killed he issued NSAM #263 ordering all military personnel to be withdrawn starting with the first 1,000 by the end of ‘63 and all the rest by the end of ‘65.

Mudvayne – Prod Lyrics 2 years ago
I believe this song is about the collapse of civilization from within. Specifically by the New World Order and Great Reset. It’s basically saying this collapse is inevitable and it’s too late the change course because the masses “Cannot Receive the Obvious.” We will be culled, as Dr. Rima Laibow says. “Line up Cattle and Cut the Necks.” “The Leaders Inside Us, Posturing.” Very interesting line especially looking at George Bush and his outrageous invasion of Iraq and his lies about Weapons of Mass Destruction shortly after this song was written. “The Pollution Inside of us, Suffocating Me.” GeoEngineering, Mercury dumped into the rivers, Glyphosate and Atrazine, Fluoridation of the water supply, etc. To me the most interesting line is “The Science Inside Us, Menacing.” Interesting parallel to present day and what took place during the Covid pandemic. We now have the former director of the CDC (Redfield) and the Director of National Intelligence (Ratcliffe) saying the virus undoubtedly came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and was a product of Gain of Function Research funded by Anthony Fauci’s NIH through EcoHealth Alliance. And that the Pentagon (DARPA) gave millions to EcoHealth Alliance for “weapons research.” This song is an absolute masterpiece, the little speech that Chad gives before performing this song at Rock Am Ring in 2001 is great. I revisit that performance almost daily. I would argue this song is more relevant today than it was 2 decades ago simply because of how much closer we are to the collapse. On the brink of nuclear war, the devaluation of the dollar and the potential loss of the dollar as the world reserve currency, the rise of artificial intelligence, etc.

@[KeyToNoGein:46615] IMO you are the only person on here so far who understands what this song really represents. This theme is also explored in “The End of All Things to Come.” I think this song was/is representative of how the New World Order will lead to the full collapse of civilization. Also, that it’s inevitable because the masses “cannot receive the obvious.”
