| I can't for sure confirm, but it can be easily speculated that this is about David Berkowitz. The name 'Mr. 44' could easily refer to the fact that Berkowitz used a .44 caliber revolver to kill. In addition, the part about the hounds of hell can tie back to the fact that he claimed he believed he was carrying out orders given by a demon possessing a neighbor's dog (which turned out to be a hoax and likely a publicity stunt). | |
