| In my opinion, this is a prime example of someone not being happy until they are miserable. Some people just repeatedly dig the same holes over and over again and sabotage good relationships because they can’t handle the intense emotions it stirs inside of them. So it’s easier to end the relationship than embrace vulnerability. When the current round of self-loathing and pains from the relationship ends, the person will start the vicious cycle all over again. I feel sorry for this type of person because they will most likely end up alone in the end. | |
