@[Sheldon11:45823] I've listened very carefully to Johnny Flynn singing this song of his. It's beautiful, but he sings his words soft and blurry, so it's difficult to tell whether he's singing 'loamy' or 'lonely'. I also listened to this other, very lovely version sung on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muPTwkZBrYg On this version, the word is clearly 'lonely'. Incidentally, the first line of the final verse should begin 'I'm with the ghosts of the men...', not 'I'm with the ghost of the men...' |
