I think it's Troy's general way of trying to connect with those who are contemplating suicide and telling them straight up, "Listen, you may not realize it, but you had a lot to live for. You had a lot more than you realized. Tomorrow is never fine. There will always be something difficult you will have to contend with. That's life. But for everyone else, once you take your life, everyone else has to pick up the pieces of what you did. Their inner peace is lost. Dealing with a loved one who has committed suicide, that peace will never be found. There will always be an emptiness from what that person did and not having them around." |
