@[danylo1020:45503] I think a lot of what you said is accurate. But what he's in love with isn't a girl. I think the song is about drug addction. "How could you let us down? They don't know what I found" Each verse reads like a spiral. Self doubt, giving in. Builds into the chorus where suddenly everything is okay. That's drug addiction. You can be 10 years clean and as soon as you relapse, it feels like everything is okay again. But there's that little voice in the back of your head saying that you're making the same old mistakes, repeating the same behavior that got you here. |
