Could be disregarded as reefer fuelled nonsense however I think it captures a dreamy optimism that reflects the time it was written . Beautiful harmonies and driving percussion and nice acoustic/ electric guitar combo. Who the fuck is the Captain though? Perhaps an admired big brother or older role model an old sea salt full of wisdom? Love the Star Trek reference .Great song . |
