| This song reminds me of a relationship breakdown, having to literally pack up bags and leave. Then to have their friends and family chiming in with their opinions of you - justified or not. And then the panic that ensues when they realise you were stronger than they thought and to then see all you had put into the relationship and you have already gone. For the person that 'left' they now see the darkness in the soul of their 'ex'. Just my interpretation! And yes, just come out of a shi**y relationship and this song came on the radio as I drove away. Gave me chills. Made me see these lyrics from a new perspective ???? | |
