@ThsWasATragedy I sympathize completely having overdosed myself. I have to assume your incident involved opiates. My experience was completely different (i acquired some shit laced with fentanyl). After about 30 seconds of administration I have ABSOLUTELY no memory let alone any cognitive abilities for about 8 hours. It was basically identical to being "put under" with general anesthesia. I administered the shit and (in my mind) i woke up a split second later on a gerny in the hospital with no idea of what happened or why i was in a hospital. Maybe everyone experiences an OD different but, i hope i never have an OD ehere I'm actually able to think to myself "This is it, I'm dying" I can't imagine the psychological toll that would have. |

| This song was written with the intention of being over the top so it would grab as much attention as possible. The lead guitarist said he wanted to write, for lack of better terminology, a "Deathcore Pop-song" or, "A radio friendly Deathcore song". The song structure adheres to a "Pop structure". The lyrics were written with the same intent. This song was very carefully constructed in a very specific way with a very specific goal and it worked. The lyrics were meant showcase Will Ramos's vocal ability (which is INSANE). The lyrics written for the sake of being as "METAL" & as "BRUTAL" as possible. I'm the lyrics have some meaning to Ramos but, it's nothing incredibly significant. | |
