The Wallflowers – Josephine Lyrics 3 years ago
@[bazinga:44493] I don't know where you would get a pedo feeling like that. It has nothing to do with luring kids. The playground is a metaphor too. That's a sick thought. It tells me that you haven't had a love so deep. I hope you do one day and you'll understand the lyrics better.

The Wallflowers – Josephine Lyrics 3 years ago
My father always called me by my middle name Josephine and I miss it. I love the song. The guy doesn't want to love again but can't help it and he would give her anything to make her happy and see her smile. I've had love like that when I wasn't looking. He's passed away now, God rest his soul and I miss him every day. He always made ribbons from paper bags for me. I know that meaning in it's full extent. Unconditional love for someone that gets so deep into your soul there's no getting it out. You live and breathe each other. Not obsession. It's not even close. He was always good enough for me. He ruined it for anyone else. We healed each other's "cuts". My heart is disconnected. I definitely cut myself on the wires. I doubt I'll ever love another like I did him. That song is bittersweet for me. I still love it though. He is so gifted. His remake of "Into the Mystic" by Van Morrison is beyond beautiful. He knows exactly what those lyrics mean when he belts them out with pure passion. Im a fan of the father and the son.
