Loving someone with mental illness often leaves you with your own wounds. You may know very well that loving this person and sticking by them "might be your damnation," but you accept the sacrifice. As the wife of a combat vet with complex issues, this song is heartbreakingly perfect. |

@[TheDsX2013:44341] Damn. I don't look for synchronicities but I just got hit with one too hard not to notice. I happened to discover this artist and this song a few days ago, been playing it a whole lot since, between and during arguments with spouse who I very recently realized is textbook NPD. The kind of song you should def listen to in this case I would say though. I hope you are doing well now, TheDsx2013 <3
