| My interpretation of this song is that it is about someone lying on their deathbed preparing for and accepting their inevitable death. It's a moment they have been waiting for all their life, it brings silence and appears sad. Maybe in those last moments you fix your gaze on you loved ones, who are so intimately rearranged around your bed, and focused with such shine (i.e. love) on you. In the end all is left is the room, the sun and the sky... | |
