Sounded like it was probably about a relationship, until I later took the time to scrutinize every line in the song and it that made it pretty clear. It gave me a bit of a chill reading the line about the "offering hand is what set off the fuse", because that was precisely how I had felt for a very long time as a younger man. That's the rage. | |
