As someone who is autistic, this song is scarily similar to what masking feels like. It’s quickly became my favourite song because I genuinely feel so understood. When you mask, it feels like your wearing a suit of yourself. And you end up mirroring whoever your around, so you ask who I am - it depends on who you ask. It’s such a beautiful song. |
