ppl say this song is abt two lovers which i agree with but, i also think it could be about a father and daughter relationship. “how did we get here i used to know u so well” i feel like it’s talking abt looking back on better times probably when she was younger” “Oh there is something I see in you It could kill me but I want it to be true“ to me she sees her dad rlly does love her, and it breaks her heart becuz she has so much hate for him but she wants it to be true. but i love this song u can relate to it in different ways |

| this song is so good and can be relatable to so many people. he really talks about how sucky dads are, liek how he wasn’t there for him, his dad “died”, and how he inherited not giving a fuck from his father. and jus how much he hates his dad. it’s sad. this song to me is abt dark times and hard times and hard things we hav to deal with in life. and also how it affects us liek, how we get depressed and cut our wrists, and how ppl think we “fucked up in they mental” . i love this song | |

| i think the song is obviously how he doesn’t want his partner to leave, as the title is literally “please don’t leave”. but jokes aside the song seems upbeat and happy except but it’s rlly a sad song ,,for the please don’t leave part, it’s very sad and pleading sounding. he also says “i won’t let go, i can’t let go” it’s a relatable song in my opinion | |
