| I love this song. I am quite curious about who Abeline is though. I have loved this song (Along with the songs Let It Rain, Birmingham, Fall from Grace, and Beautiful Goodbye) since that album came out, 27 years ago. The fact that this self-titled album came out that number of years ago makes me feel quite old. ???????? | |

@[MMFB2001:43517] It mentions on her Wikipedia page (under the categories Career Rise as well as Grammy Awards and mainstream success) that she was awarded as Miss Chatelaine in 1988. Also https://www.chatelaine.com/living/women-of-the-year-throwback/#gallery/woty-women/slide-4 She's 4 of 8 As for the lyrics not matching the idea that she's confused about being awarded the title: "I can't explain why I've become Miss Chatelaine" is k.d. confused?!? Yeah, a lot of the lyrics don't have anything to do with the magazine but the chorus does. |
