I remember many years ago visiting my mother's homeland in Palestine and visiting the 30 foot concrete wall surrounding the West Bank and reading the words, "The dirt whispered, child I'm coming home" spray painted on it.
I still cry when I think of it. |

I agree with @phishheretic, while the song can certainly share the message of living in the moment, i think the core of the message is not to waste your life seeking bliss. You can spend your whole life constantly becoming and never take time just to be content with where you are. |
