| Although he says "so long my friend" in the first line, in context to the song, it sounds as though he's still referring to his love, not necessarily his best friend. The setup sounds as though he's gone away, maybe touring, maybe moved, but he's saying goodbye after he's visited her, and even though they keep in touch, it hurts because its almost too hard to have a relationship with their distance. | |

Hey- I downloaded this because I heard about it from Robbie (I believe he knows you) anyway, I just wanted to give you some input. I really really like the drums in the song, it sounds awesome, and the sound altogether is really awesome. The lyrics are catchy also, and I wish you the best of luck. |

OK, I agree, great song. However, the lyrics are wrong on this posting. "On much I know" makes no sense. The true lyrics are: "I'm writing again, these letters to you, aren't much I know" which makes sense because it obviously means what he says. He misses the person that this song is devoted to, and all though he's writing, the letters aren't much. Also, the lyrics are: "No more looking I've found home" If you listen carefully to the song, you can hear that he says "home" instead of "her", although "her" would also make sense. When he says "home" I believe he's referring to the fact that he's found where he belongs, particularly with this person that he misses so much. |
