| @[BipolarMoron:42010] so true and I too lived with a 7empest years ago and I myself was a 7empest. It was horrible. But with trauma therapy change is possible. I no longer go from 0 to 1000 in anger and yelling. Now it's 0 to 5 then I use my tools when I feel my anger going over the top. That and proper medication! | |
