I am almost certain this song is a cry out to God to save him. "Hollow hands reach out for you to touch me now" referring to John not being saved and not truly being alive, he is a body without meaning and his soul is not alive. "No other satisfies" is also having meaning in a biblical context of Jesus being the only one who cam satisfy him. Also "take my life save me from this death inside" also referring to him crying out to God to save him and make him truly alive |
