| I believe this song is about the recognition and fixation of a girl that possesses a beauty so perceivably sought after that her pain to uphold her image, is only recognized in the most unmost likely of souls. I beleieve the observer that recognizes this pain, pines for the opportunity that the fact this beauty in question has recognized him recognizing her pain, he has fantasized the lengths he would go to, to actually be with a beauty he never would normally think possible. He would blind himself to prove she\'s beautiful and prove to her that she doesn\'t need to be "seen" by others as beautiful because even a blind man could see that. He would always be there to help her construct a positive self image, whether he could physically see her or not. | |
