| It\'s funny how songs can mean different things to different people, and can take on whole new meanings as you progress through life. This one recently took on a new meaning for me.\n\nFor me, now, this song makes me think of telling my best friend that I have been in love with her for the last 15 years. I timed it badly, as she\'s in a commited relationship. Things got a bit messy immediately afterwards, and I sometimes think she\'d be better off if I was just a memory now. I also wish we could go back to before I told her and caused her all the turmoil. But there\'s still that hope that won\'t seem to die. | |
