| First of all, Obama isn\'t fully black to begin with, he\'s black and white technically, so yes, the white house is still white and secondly, he isn\'t whining, he is preaching, there is a total difference. A lot of the topics he talked about in this song are still problems that affect not only African Americans but society as a whole. You guys think he is over exaggerating, when the truth of the matter is he is just speaking upon the problems we are still struggling with today. A song isn\'t supposed to "help," anybody, this song is meant to talk upon the extremely sensitive topics, that obviously people aren\'t understanding or looking over. And this has nothing to do with whites dragging in the topic, but instead looking over the topic and from what it looks like, not getting it. Oh, and yes, a lot of GREAT rappers talk about the hip hop industry being flawed or as you like to say persecuted, but he is just telling you the truth, like a lot of other rappers do. It isn\'t ignorant, you just not understanding the deeper meaning that he is trying to display in his lyrics. However, this was in 2008, so I mean, this comment won\'t really matter now, but I just had to reply after seeing this mockery of a comment. Total rubbish, excuse my language. | |
